Seed stage development funding

3E Power in partnership with Rahimafrooz Renewable Energy entered in a cooperation agreement with the Government of Rwanda to deploy 130,000 SHS in Rwanda in the next couple of years. We are seeking seed stage funding to recruit the core team, develop and fine tune the business model and pilot phase.
